Complete Sewer Connection Form
Prior to construction beginning in the roadway, the Public Works Department may contact you
and request that you to fill out a Sewer Connection Form.
This form helps the Department collect details about your property which, in turn,
assists in the determination of the ideal location of your property's sewer service stub.

Town Sewer Construction
As sewer construction progresses within the roadway, a sewer service stub will be installed within the Town right-of-way, at your property line. This stub is ultimately what you will connect to in the future.

Notice of Sewer Connection
Property owners are responsible for connecting to the municipal sewer system after receiving notification from the town.
Hire a Licensed Sewer Installer
JaySkyCo is a licensed and bonded sewer installer. We will do all of the construction necessary to connect the building on your property to the sewer service stub installed in the town's right-of-way.
Sewer Connection
We, as the installer, will apply for necessary permits prior to commencing work on your connection, and coordinate with town personnel to meet and provide for the required site inspection.
Inspection Process
The town inspector will view the installation to ensure it complies with Town specifications. Upon completion, the appropriate department will be notified that your property is ready for sewer service billing.
Septic System Abandonment
Your onsite septic system must be either removed or filled in owing to future safety concerns.
JaySkyCo can also complete this process.
Sewer Service Billing
You will then be ready to enjoy the benefits of municipal sewer. Property owners will be charged a sewer service user fee, based on their water usage. Your sewer service bill will be issued at the same frequency as your water bill.
